|After meeting you at the port we take a scenic drive along the coast before heading over the Tauranga Harbour bridge and then inland and over the Kaimai ranges. We climb around 300 metres providing spectacular panoramic views across the rich fertile farmland of the Waikato. The main industry in this region is dairying but you might also see some high class horse breeding facilities as we make our way towards Middle Earth passing typical New Zealand farms.

We will take a 10 minute walk along a steam to view the picturesque waterfall (optional).
Our final stop is at Mossop's honey. This is a family business that has been producing and packaging honey and products for over 60 years. There is an excellent live bee hive display and informative panels tell the story from beehive to honey pot. There are lovely products to purchase or you might like to try the Manuka honey ice cream.
